If you request a refund within 7 days of the item(s) being delivered to you or available for collection, we’ll give you a refund by way of the original payment method within 3 days of receiving the returned item(s). Please allow up to 7 business days for the money to show in your bank account.
If you request a refund after 7 days of the item(s) being delivered to you or available for collection, we’ll give you a Store credit for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item. This can be used towards your next order on our website.
Terms & Conditions
To be eligible for a Refund, Exchange or Store credit:
- Returned items must be in their original and unused condition with no stains, foul smells, tears or damage.
- Returned items must be repackaged in all original packaging and be in a resalable condition.
- Returned items must be received within 7 days of notifying us of your intention to make a return/exchange.
Note: All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and any items found to include stains, foul smells, tears or damage will not be accepted. The return claim will be denied and such items will be returned to the original shipping address.
In the event that you would like to exchange your order for a different size or colour, we will do our best to accommodate your request, however, this is subject to availability, as we cannot guarantee that the new size or colour will be in stock by the time that your original order reaches us.
We therefore advise that you place a new order for the new size or colour then send back the original order for a refund.
Defects & Damages
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us by email within 24 hours if any item is defective or damaged, attaching detailed photos or videos of the damage. Reports of damage after this time will not be accepted
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Custom-made garments, DOYIN BESPOKE and AUTOGRAPH collection items are final sale and therefore cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
The ROSIE Bodysuit, TITTY Tape and items in our 'HOME' category are non-refundable and non-exchageable.
