Politique de remboursement
Our refund/return policy lasts 7 days from your order being delivered to you or available for collection. Proceeding to place an order from our website is your acceptance of this policy.
To be eligible for a Refund:
- Returned items must be in their original and unused condition with no stains, foul smells, tears or damage.
- Returned items must be repackaged in all original packaging and be in a resalable condition.
- Returned items must be received within 7 days of your Return request being accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 days of receiving item(s) that meet the return conditions. Please allow up to 7 business days for the returned funds to show in your bank account.
Note: All returned items will be thoroughly inspected upon receipt, and a £25 cleaning fee will automatically be deducted from your refund if any items are found to include stains, dust, pet hairs or foul smells. For returned items with tears or damage, the return claim will be denied and such items will be returned to the original shipping address.
We currently do not offer exchanges. Therefore, we advise that you place a new order for the new size or colour that you require then send back the original order for a refund.
Defects & Damages
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us by email within 24 hours if any item is defective or damaged, attaching detailed photos or videos of the damage. Reports of damage after this time will not be accepted
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Custom-made garments, Special order items, DOYIN BESPOKE and AUTOGRAPH collection items are final sale and therefore cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
The ROSIE Bodysuit, TITTY Tape and items in our 'HOME' category are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Gift cards.
