Refund policy
14-DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the day your order was delivered or became available for delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered for any reason, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Please include your order number and delivery address when requesting a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label at a cost of £4.99 which will be deducted from your final refund. Alternatively, you may organise your own return shipping, our UK return shipping address will be sent to you once you have submitted a return request.

DAMAGES, DEFECTS AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you are interested in is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EXCEPTIONS AND NON RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom items (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and certain types of jewellery including earrings). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
EU 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD & DISTANCE SELLING RULES
In line with the EU Consumer law, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please include your delivery note in your return package.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
